Former Plaza Construction CEO Brad Meltzer Joins Two Roads Development as Partner and President – PROFILE Miami

South Florida-based real estate development firm Two Roads Development announced that Brad Meltzer has joined the company as a partner and president, solidifying its growth trajectory. In this role, Meltzer will oversee real estate development activities and identify new market opportunities.

Meltzer comes to Two Roads Development with an architectural background and over 30 years of construction experience. Prior to joining Two Roads Development, Meltzer was most recently President and CEO of Plaza Construction, one of the nation’s leading construction companies where he oversaw award-winning projects in various asset classes from start to finish, including Miami’s iconic One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid. Architects.

In South Florida, Meltzer has overseen more than a dozen projects exceeding 40 stories, including several projects exceeding 700 feet in height.
